Painting has always been my hobby — but with a passion for cooking after culinary school, some of my best memories were made in kitchens working hard with good people. Taking a step back from the physical demands to enter a new chapter in life, I created Pine Flour from my home kitchen to see if I could combine my love for the kitchen and art. A few years forward and an endless amount of inspiration left — I’m proud to represent everything that is Pine Flour and how far it has come. I find value in discovery and challenging limitations. When not making cakes, I love to hand build ceramics & spend time with my fur babies Biggie & Bubbles (:
