Painting has always been my hobby — but with a passion for cooking after culinary school, some of my best memories were made in kitchens working hard with good people. Taking a step back from the physical demands to enter a new chapter in life, I created Pine Flour from my home kitchen to see if I could combine my love for the kitchen and art. Three years forward and an endless amount of inspiration left — I’m proud to represent everything that is Pine Flour and how far it has come. I find value in discovery and challenging limitations. When not making cakes, I’m at my local ceramics studio exploring with clay because there’s no better feeling than to work with my hands and learning something new.
